About Us
A ministry of healing rooted in the Anglican Diocese of Kwoi.

Our Story
Born of Faith, Built for Service
St. John's Medical Centre stands in Samban-Gida, Kaduna State, as a tangible expression of the Anglican Diocese of Kwoi, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion)'s commitment to the wellbeing of its people. The Diocese of Kwoi has long served its communities through worship, education and care — and the Medical Centre extends that mission to the body as well as the spirit.
Conceived as a modern, self-sufficient facility, the Centre is powered by solar energy and surrounded by gardens and farmland. Its wards, theatres and clinics were designed to deliver dependable healthcare with dignity, close to the people who need it most.
On 30 May 2026, the Centre was formally dedicated by The Rt. Rev'd Paul S. Zamani, opening its doors as a place of healing, compassion and hope for generations to come.
